Who is DEVINA Connect for?
For schools, agencies, employers and learners: B1/B2 German, placement and workplace German in one login. Adults with CEFR B1 or B2 who want to work in Germany, start vocational training or manage everyday life after arrival. It does not replace an integration course, but adds occupational German and real-life action.
How is this different from the DEVINA website?
devina-career.de is the portal: learning, placement and workplace German. Counselling and the public site stay on devi-vietnam.com.
Do I need a Goethe or telc certificate?
A B1 or B2 certificate helps. The course does not drill the exam itself, but what is missing afterwards: offices, applications, shifts, company culture.
How does the teaching work?
You study asynchronously in the portal and join a Zoom session Mon–Fri (9–11 or 19–21, 2 hours, max. 15 participants). The teacher sees progress and exercises.
What does the full course cost?
8,400,000 VND (about 300 EUR). Included: 2 months of live teaching and AI tutor, then 2 more months of self-study in the portal (content and exercises, without live sessions and without AI). The first module is open to explore. After the transfer, administration unlocks access.
What happens after the 2 course months?
Live teaching and AI end after the course phase. The platform then stays open for 2 more months of self-study: lessons, materials and exercises – without live Zoom and without AI.
How does the final exam work?
At the end of the course: 8 listening items, 8 reading items and a longer work email. Unlocked when all lessons are done. Pass from 70 %. Only then is the certificate issued.
Is there a certificate of participation?
Yes, after completing all lessons and passing the final exam (listening, reading, writing, from 70 %). You can print the document. It is not a state exam.
Is there interview training for company and embassy?
Yes. The Interview module practises the flow, 90 seconds, STAR, your own questions, Zoom, plus documents and honest short answers for a vocational training visa. It is not legal advice and not a visa guarantee.
Are there jobs and contracts on the platform?
Yes. Under Jobs you see training, skilled roles and internships. Applications go into the ATS. eContracts are signed via link, then invoice and course access. Parents can enable a Vietnamese Friday digest.
What data do you store?
Account, learning progress, exercises, AI messages and Zoom registrations – only to run the course. Details are in the privacy policy.
